Re-Install YDL 6 on PS3???

I don't know if this has already been covered but I have been seeing that during the installation for YDL 6 on the PS3 that I should have checked the box for "software developement". I don't know if I checked it or not, so I want to know exactly what I have to do in order to re-install YDL 6. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I just want to know if I can just go ahead and run the ydl 6 dvd and reinstall it on my ps3 or do I have to delete the partition(if that's possible) and start over that way.
