In my experience, practice makes perfect. In your case, starting off, start with getting yourself acquainted with any and all administrative commands/abilities/options. There are many, so may take a while. Everyone here has given great advice and information. Now you just need to practice and if you have problems, try googling or post a question here with exact details.

Anyone can post anonymously like a complete coward and target another user, by using a silly handle (by the way it's a "0" not an "O"). If you were on the receiving end of some chastisement and got your knickers in a twist over that, then you should take it up with the man. No one is interested in childish comments from sock puppets.
