Hi
I just installed arch with a budgie desktop environment, on a external hard drive. When I entered Budgie for the first time I saw that the terminal didn't work and neither did the software store, so I am unable to access cli and download any programs.
At the moment my only wish would be to or uninstall budgie or install another desktop environmemt to replace him.
I tried accessing arch through a partition magic live cd and erased all the budgie desktop files I saw, but that didn't solved the problem, as it didn't go away.
Also in the advanced boot options in grub, I didn't find a way to access the cli.
I imagine there is a simple, and obvious to everyone but myself, solution for this. But I honestly, can't find it.

just a word of warning, this is _definitely_ the wrong way to go about solving this.
you are likely to break your system this way.
also, are you sure you actually installed archlinux the arch way? because then you would be asking very different questions.
i think it more likely you used manjaro, or an arch installer iso?
