Problem with red hat


Hello

I am new to red hat i just wanted to ask a question does winex3 run from root login or i gor to log into user login.
If I have to log into user login then there a problem winex3 does not have permission to run from user login
Pls help

Have you tried running it from root? If it works from root and not from a user login, you need to cd to the directory containing WineX and do a chmod a+x winex to add executable permissions for users.

You need to do the chmod command while logged in as root, also.
