When i reboot my kali linux os it will erase all the contents, help me this fix this problem.

Kali is typically a live boot distribution. If you haven't changed this, then this is normal behavior, there is no fix for it.
Perhaps you can reply and include a much greater amount of information, such as how you are booting Kali, how you installed it, what version you are using, and what your computer specs are.
