Problem with GRAPHITE, real time graph package


Hi,
For my organization i need to install graphite real time graphing tool. it's installed correctly. i need to monitor the remote pc. for example, my remote ip is 4.2.2.5 and i like to monitor its load average. But how can i do that ? i really dont understand the documentation provided by graphite. Please Do me the favor if anyone knows.
