Problem creating private group in local yum repositiory

Hi,

I adding a private group in local yum repositiory but getting the following error as,

[root@server /]# yum-groups-manager --name Group1 --save groups.xml --mandatory ntp
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, refresh-packagekit
No Package Matching ntp httpd
