Unhappy Printer log monitor software in open source

Hi all,
We are using HP Laserjet 3015 in our office. In the office, nearly 75 systems(windows) are using this printer. Is there any way to monitor that printer (log, time, from ip and no of pages printed). We are using Centos 4.3 in VMWARE. Can we monitor the printer from this virtual box. Kindly help me. Or we have to cange any setup?

Have a look at the cups and samba config files, and see where they write logs by default. Also see if you can increase logging verbosity in the files. This should get you started.
