Presto
Introduced in 2009, Presto was a lightweight "instant-on" operating system which uses the lightweight Xfce 4.6 desktop environment. Similar to Canonical's Wubi installer for Ubuntu, it was installed inside of Microsoft Windows, with Windows XP as the earliest supported version. It also had access to an "application store" based on CNR, which was acquired through Xandros' acquisition of Linspire in mid-2008.

online Presto Application Store. Here you'll find the latest Sun Java 6 runtime, Adobe Reader, Picasa photo management software, the Last.fm audio player, games, and lots of other additional software.

I don't know presto. I used to run Xandros on my EEEPC back when it was new but I moved on to a currently supported rolling release distro since then (AntiX).
Make sure I guess that you Java installed in that now defunct,outdated,non-supported distro is all/the best I can think of. A lot of Banking sites use java, (though I think that is pretty insecure way of doing online banking).
