[SOLVED] precise pangolin update

Having difficulty upgrading to precise pangolin.It asks for the precise pangolin CD.I insert the CD and it doesnt upgrade. When I try to upgrade as a download it says there is network issues.

How are you doing the upgrade?
This is suggested on their site

Perhaps you need to be hardwired to a connection instead of doing it over wireless

I am following the online instructions.The update stops whether Im hard wired or wireless.

Bandwidth might be an issue. Are you downloading something else while upgrading? a larch file or someone else in your network perhaps streaming?

This is the exact info on this issue. Completely lost

Do it in the graphical tool. Disable your software sources. The graphical tool will do everything for you.
Is this Ubuntu Server?

Press Alt f2 then type update-manager -d
