When I try to post a review like so:

How do I solve this, it was working normally before but then these errors started comingup.
No idea what post-review is, but that just looks like a DNS error, and it's trying to resolve an address that doesn't exist.
if there is a DNS query failing and you can't see what, try running "tcpdump -vnX port 53" while running that command and you'll get any DNS lookup dumped out
