[SOLVED] Podman not pulling from local repository?

How do you get podman to pull from the local repository?
I have run podman pull x/y/z:tags and gotten an image downloaded, how do you then get podman to recognize that image? Any time I try to run a new container - it will prompt me to look online for a repository?

Edit.
My question is:
When creating a container using podman, how do you get podman to pull the LOCALLY DOWNLOADED image to use for the setup, and NOT one that's specified as a registry?

It was user error, for the purpose of what I'm trying to do for the RHCSA, I don't really need to use local image files I can just run the container with podman run haha
