pls help for this error


what should i do for this error the videos are loaded to the web server debian 5.it cant be access by the windows client pls help me

You are not giving us much to work with here.
What video format is it?
Can other clients view it?
Have you tried a different browser? IE for example? Chrome?

Have you looked in the http error log files? What does it say there is the problem?

If you want help you have to give us more information and provide a better title to your request than 'pls help'

have not yet see the http error file where i can find it i use different browser still the same problem before other client scan view but now it cant view.the format of the video is in real player i post the picture in my first post
