Please help, Gphoto2 Problems :(
Hello,
I tried downloading gphoto 2 for my rehat 9 and I dont know how to install it, I dont even know where to begin, can someone please help walk me on how to do it?

Not until you tell everyone what you downloaded. Did you get an rpm? Where you should just click on it an it will install? Or did you get a .tar.gz, or a tgz. And did you check to make sure that redhat doesnt have gphoto2 on its install disks first?

Hi,
I downloaded a tar.gz
and yes gphoto2 comes with linux, and is on the install disk, BUT the current version that linux gave me does not support my camera.
I read in the updates that the newer version that came out supports my cam.
