Installation procedure i followed :-
POL>INSTALL>GAME SELECTION>INSTALL>AUTOMATIC INSTALLATION
>DIGITAL DOWNLOAD AS SOURCE>VIRTUAL DRIVE PATH>COMPLETED INSTALLATION>SUCCESSFUL MANUAL PATCH

Problem description :-
Enabled debugging mode after patching game "speed.exe"
created new shortcut for patched "speed.exe"
windows reboot

clicked on RUN
and got following debug output,
