The first question you'll have to ask yourself: why did you compile

For some reason the script works on a similar server and the modules installed are :

[PHP Modules]
apc
bcmath
calendar
Core
ctype
curl
date
dom
ereg
filter
ftp
hash
iconv
imap
ionCube Loader
json
libxml
mysql
pcre
Phar
posix
Reflection
session
SimpleXML
sockets
SPL
SQLite
sqlite3
standard
tokenizer
xml
xmlreader
xmlwriter
zlib

Similar all that is different from the server that is not working is ionCube Loader and apc
