Permission corrupted


One of my folder already have some permission.after some days, one particular folder get the following error.

ls -l
total 16
?--------- ? ? ? ? ? Imp_data

I tried e2fsck also.but cant get anything...any one help me for this problem.

Pls try to copy this folder with -rf attribute & also try to change the ownership of this folder.......
Pls let me know after this....
