Performa 6400 ISO read problem.

I got a co-worker of mine to download me a copy of Yellow Dog Linux with new Mac and cable connection. The disc constains the ISO of Yellow Dog 2.3. When I insert into my OS. 9 power Performa 6400/200 Mac, it is read, but when I click on the ISO file, it tells to me to insert Y.D.L- 2.3, the name of the iso. Anybody have a soultion to this?
