Partitioning hard drive in linux

is it possible for me to create a new (smaller) partition on my hard drive (with linux) without losing the data i have on the drive.. my disk is partitioned like this:

I need windows to run some program.. I have been windoze free for past 6 months

I doubt it. Got an extra drive you can back up on?
