PartedMagic is free???


Hi I am trying to download PartedMagic but, ooops, is no more free???
Or I'm running the wrong procedure?

parted magic has never been free, and is [mostly] a Windows application. Are you thinking of gparted maybe?

Partition Magic was not free but Parted Magic has been until the most recent release, see the link below. Parted Magic uses GParted and a number of other tools, clonezilla, SGD, etc.:

Alternatively go for another live linux disro with gparted,
like systemrescuecd, knoppix or gparted live. See distrowatch.com for furthur info.

The do claim this to be GPL. They don't have to offer the collection of apps in an iso form. They do have to offer sources or links to sources if they want to sell it.
