Unhappy parted magic/Roxterm adobe flashplayer installation w/ cmd line

I am trying to install Adobe flash player for firefox using the Roxterm terminal window and am having difficulty getting the scripting correct. I need some assistance from someone with more experience than me at Linux command line prompts, which would be everyone. Help
