os migration from 5.8 to 6.3

Is it possible to migrate from 5.8 to 6.3 in Red hat.

If yes, then suggest me how is it possible.
Is red hat team give support for higher version.
I usually update os through yum by making local repository.

Try asking RedHat, you're paying them for support!

RHEL really is not free
You DO need the required !!! support contract(s)
-- the server licenses --
https://www.redhat.com/apps/store/server/

and there is and never has been a inplace migration between major versions
-- you can NOT use "yum" to upgrade from 5 to 6

you do a new clean install BUT with the CURRENT version
RHEL6.4

https://access.redhat.com/downloads
and install rhel6.4

contact RedHat for help on migrating databases over from the last minor upgrade of rhel5 -- RHEL5.9 to the current RHEL 6.4

buy the required support contracts
or
install the free rebuild CentOS 6.4
-- but then YOU are your own tech support
