All you've told us so far is you were doing something with the i2s driver. You say NOTHING about the hardware you were using it on, version/distro of Linux, what the 'many trouble' you saw, where you got the initial instructions, what you did, message(s)/error(s) you saw, etc. We can't (and won't) guess.
