Smile NS2: How to set idle(sleeping) time to a node in wireless network in ns2


Hi friends and Knudfl,

I am beginner in ns2.
I have created a AODV based wireless n/w with 12 nodes in ns2.In that i know how to do packet transmisson.


Now i need to make some of nodes to idle state (sleeping state) for sometime and then after idle time those nodes have to become active state.

i dont know the coding for setting idle time to specific node

if somebody help me on this,
