Hello and welcome to LQ.

In order to be able to help you we need much more information about your problem:
- Which distribution (like Ubuntu, Mint, Fedora, ...) are you using and in which version?
- Are there more operating systems on that machine?
- Do you get any error messages?
- Is there anything else that might help us understand what is going on on your side.

Please keep in mind that we can't see what is happening on your machine, so you have to be as descriptive as you can to enable us to help you.

We need a lot more information to even try

your post is like ( to use an analogy )
calling a car mechanic on the phone and saying

" My car will not work , tell me what is wrong ."
