Ok, most rpms are made with a security key to verify that they have not been tampered with. Wherever you got the rpm from will have this key to verify against. With most distros you can override the public key issue but you will have to post what distro, arch, and version you are using. Generally you are better off getting rpms from repos that are specific to your distro, arch, and version, otherwise conflicts can(and often do) arise.
