I am a Newbie and posting to see my post return. I will be inquiring a lot from the forum but, for now I am posting this initial message to the community. Do you now how to setup dual displays on the Ubuntu 9.10 distribution? HP Laptop 6910 with ATI driver?

Welcome!

Never done dual display on a laptop, but running it dual setup on my desktop pc/server and it rocks!!

I have dual 8800 graphics cards so Sli enabled them via the Nvidia driver and plugged the DVI's into card01 A + B slot. All done.

Always consider trying the live cd booted just to see.
