Need help on Dial-up Connection?

I have recently Dial-up connection from BSNL, India. Its Wired Modem connectivity provided by them.I can browse the Dial-up Information through http://192.168.1.1 and it opens up DSL Router Page.I can see WAN IP, DNS , Routing, LAN, Security etc etc under Advanced Setup Option.
All I want is Host my website.
Say, My WAN IP is 117.192.222.73.
If I configured this as Apache Server and put index.html under /var/www/html . Will this work?

You have to forward your local machine port 80 to you WAN NAT gateway port 80. If it is directly connected without router gateway, it will work. If it don't, try port 8080, some ISP block 80.

Depends on the router you are using.
Look in the FAQ or documentation from the router.

Also, make sure your ISP doesn't block port 80

Once you got it setup, take a look at
