Unhappy Nagios Server Alerts

Hi there,
I just setup up all configs in Nagios, tested it with one server and all works. Now I'm starting to bring the rest of the servers down to Nagios for monitoring purposes. After doing all of the configs mimicing what I've done with the very first server, which worked, I am now getting this error email alerts:
***** Nagios *****

Notification Type: PROBLEM

Service: SSH
Host: SERVERLORD
State: CRITICAL for 0d 0h 4m 18s
Address: 172.168.1.11

Info:
Connection refused

Can anyone please advise?

Much appreciated.

I think it means Nagios can't login to that box via ssh; you'll need to set it up to use public-keys, unless you intend to put the passwd in the file used by Nagios... not recommended

I found the issue - it turns out that some of the servers were running Windows 2003! ;-P

Thanks for the response!
