Unhappy My system went down and took all the downloaded files with it

Oh dear I should have known better but Oh no I just had to have a hard head and say " I'll do it tomorrow
Famous last words
My Hard Drive went bad on me it was 8 years old
I guess I was just looking for an excuse to replace it...
I go a new Puter today from Walmart's..then took it in and added another Hard drive
But any way all the files but 2 have been downloaded the 2 are
Slackware-14.2
and
Slackware-14.2-DVD-Install.ISO
Now when I attempted to download these 2 It begins fine and after receiving 90% of the files I get
" Disconnected by server"
So I was on ftp.slackware.com
and had the same problem with mirrors.slackware.com
where else can I go ?
TIA

If you're using Firefox, install the DownThemAll! addon and use that to download the ISO - if the connection is broken then it will make a good attempt at carrying on where it left off.

Alternatively, install a BitTorrent client if you don't already have one installed (e.g. Deluge), and download the ISO that way.

What is your host system i.e. what operating system are you using to download the files?

There are many, but I use KTorrent. Transmission is very popular. Also, you may already have a torrent client installed and not know it.

Go the below link and click the appropriate download you want. It should ask you if you want to save or open with: and see if it asks to open with a torrent client. If not then find/install one.
