My mouse pointer is gone...

I tried to install the nvidia drivers. it messed up, so I edited my XF86config file and changed teh driver from nvidia back to nv. So now when I start X I dont have a mouse pointer. But the mouse does work, when I go over stuff I get the roll overs. And I can open stuff. But I cant see where my mouse is. Any idea's? By the way I am running suse 8.2.

"now when I start X I dont have a mouse pointer."

You could try logging in as root and running sax2 to reinitialize the mouse data in XF86config.
