My laptop can't boot the OS and Live CD also. How to fix it?

Hi guys, I'm Ahmad from Indonesia

This is my problem guys. My laptop can't boot the OS and open Live CD. My laptop will hang or stuck on blackscreen (not responding) if I try to start the OS or open Live CD.

This problem is appear since I have installed Kali Linux 3 times dualboot with win 10 a few months ago, it's work but at the 3rd, my windows is disappeared. So I try to install it again both of it.

And finally I got this. My Lecturer said, there is a possibility that GRUB or bootloader is trouble. I was looked for the solution from the internet about this, but i can't find it

And I was tried 4 different versions of Kali Linux and 1 Backtrack also, but it's same.

Please help me to fix it, cause I need to completely move to Linux OS
Thanks

When you switch your computer on, do you see anything on the screen? Any BIOS messages or Grub messages?

Are you sure that the BIOS is configured to boot either from disk or from CDROM?

What happens when you unplug all disks and remove the CDROM?

If you see nothing at all, I have very strong doubts that the problem is related to Grub, Linux or even Windows. The BIOS, the screen, the computer are broken.

To build on what berndbausch said, we need to know how far the computer gets in the boot process. Perhaps you could take a picture of the screen where it hangs and post it here. If you the click the "Go Advanced" button beneath the compose post window, you will go to a place where you can attach an image to the post.
