Unhappy My bluetooth Not working but Wifi Works


I have acer Aspire 5742
Core i3 -380M
This laptop says that it includes a bluetooth module ..
This laptop has a single key to ON bluetooth and Wi-Fi
The wifi is working perfect but I can't see a bluetooth Icon...

There are a lot of Acer Aspire 5742 models. At least one of them (http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/LX.R4F02.291) does not have Bluetooth ...

I have 2 separate stickers behind my laptop. One for wi-fi and one for bluetooth I can clearly see that.....
I don't think that it doesn't have bluetooth module. One of my frnd has a Toshiba Laptop and he has the same problem.
His bluetooth working fine in Windows but not in the ubuntu/mint...
