Well, first of all, you don't. YouTube is a site for videos, so you can't upload an MP3 to it. You need to make a video with that music, and upload the video.
Second, is this question related to Linux at all? Are you asking about what Linux software you would use to create a video suitable for upload to YouTube?

probably use a video editing software and add it to a video with at least a still image, youtube is video oriented afterall
