Mozilla counters in the cache

I use Mozilla firefox.
and during porn-surfing some sites stored there counters and some other stuff in my Java cache.i removed it by hand and did a scan afterwards witch found notting suspicious, but later on i heared that they store there stuff (trojans and counters) in at least 26 other hidden places in the cache of explorers.
Does bdc scan find all that or should i be worried
