move bookmarks

I am nearly computer illiterate. I have linuxos installed currently and I would like to upgrade to linux mint11. I have burned a cd of mint 11, but am reluctant to install it for fear of losing my bookmarks.

How do I import my bookmarks from linuxos to mint11? or does it do it automatically?

Is there anything else I might want to import?

Open your bookmark manager and export your bookmarks. Save them to an external drive or burn them to a CD. After the install just import them again.
