Mira3 on linux


I have two files fasta file and qual file and i need to run mira3.
Is it possible to run the mira3 project without the .sff files.

and if so where do i get the .sff files since i have only the fasta and qual files.

sorry for the inconvinience all.

What distro do you have? Please post the output of your package manager so I can see what's wrong with your Mira 3 installation.
