measuring the internet bandwidth

hi everybody,

is there a tool for fedora core to measure the bandwidth of my internet connection?

i have a new provider and i wanted to test wether my connection is faster than before (should be so scince i pay more......:-)

google didnt help me, i didnt find a tool for fedora....
