manual starting of programs installed on RH linux 7.3


Dear Friends,

i have RH linux 7.3 server , on which there is telephonic engine installed , the problem is when ever server boot the application loaded on it which block SSH access with root password.


how can login as root or how to manual start this apllication?

It is blocking root access to ssh because "PermitRootLogin no" is set in your /etc/ssh/sshd_config file. However, I would not recommend changing that. What I'd recommend doing is logging in via ssh as a normal user and using either sudo or su to gain root access to start the program.
