I recently purchased a US Robotics modem from Amazon because many of the comments claimed that it worked great under Linux. Sadly, it isn't working so great for me. Mandrake isn't even noticing it. I've surfed the web a bit looking for some linux drivers but have yet to come up with a way to correct the problem yet. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm running Mandrake 10.0.

Oops, just noticed something about it: /proc/pci may not exist since it's been replaced in the newer Linux kernels. Use lspci -v instead to get the IRQ and i/O address for your modem.
