Hi,

Please re-frame your question and post it again here. You have not given the right information...

From what I read,I can understand is,now days you are not getting mails from some applications(which you configured to send mails)

Do let us know the error and when you get the error.

Restart mantis service (httpd) and see that the smtp settings and username/password settings are correct.

Also check the over relay limit of the email id which sends the emails when bug is committed in mantis

Check your mail server logs for the errors or the mail queues. Also check if your bug tracking is configured to use proper server for sending mails and also check if your smtp requires authentication and if that is the case, mantis is also configured to supply user and password. We have similar setup for bugzilla and there are vast configuration options for the same. Check every option.

Have a look at qmail log under /var/log/qmail/smtpd/current and see if mail ever reaches your mail server.
It could be a firewall problem. To test you can telnet from the host running mantis to the port 25 of the host running qmail and see if you get a response.

Doh, you have another mail server running on the host with mantis? Is this smtp server running?
You should check the logs of that server too.
Did you looked at /var/log/qmail/smtpd/current to see if you get anything?
