I have LPIC-I (which is Linux+), and RHCSA (a bit old now, but still).
LPIC-1 is a decent certification to prove that you understand the theory of how linux works, where configurations are stored, how to use commands, and the like.
RHCSA is true proof that you know how Red Hat works, how to build and configure a Red Hat machine, how to install software, and do basic maintenance tasks on Red Hat such as set up shared directories.
Overall, if you're going to be going for a job in a Red Hat environment, obviously RHCSA is MUCH more useful. If you're going to work at a place that uses Debian machines, then they might not give so much weight to the RH certification. However, overall, the RHCSA is a MUCH more real-world practical certification, and not a theoretical "I can guess which multiple choice answer is correct" certification. If you can only choose 1, RHCSA every time.
