Ok installed slackware and when i go to log in i put in my info it logs me in says linux 2.4.29.
you have mail
-bash: id: command not found


-bash Fortune: command not foiund than it logs me out how can i fix this

P.S. cant use floopy because power suplie is spliced things to my brtoher messing with my stuff

.................ok fixed the log in now i just have to figure out lilo



and also lilo gives me


L10101010101010101101010101 foirever and i always hve to bott from cd

Login using you firrs installation CD. At the command prompt login as root and then run "/sbin/lilo" and then reboot.
