Local DHCP Server Setup

I am trying to set up my local network. I have RedHat 7.3 running on my system with 2 NIC's. eth0 is setup to get an IP from my Roadrunner connection and works fine. I think I have the ip masq and forwarding setup (I'm not sure). I want the second NIC to assign IP's to machines on my local net. I am a newbie and don't know how to set up the dhcp service locally. Can anyone help?
Thanks
Dean

Well, since you got that far , let me push you a bit further: try looking at http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/mini/DHCP/...tml#DHCPSERVER
