loading a linux distro into virtualbox on a ubuntu laptop
I am still new to Linux and while I try to find my answers I keep getting articles for installing Linux in virtual box on a windows machine and I am running Ubuntu 15.04. I have a version of Arch on a dvd and I want to run it on virtual box but when I get to the part to load the iso, I don't know which file I am to select and from which folder. Does anyone know of an article that explains this?

If you are trying to install from a DVD/CD, select "Host Drive" under the Storage Tree where the CD Drive is listed.

Thanks for your help, I realized I was making it harder than it needed to be. All I had to do was click next and it loaded the arch main page I select the 64bit version of Arch.
