Your question is like saying "I've bought a car, where can I go?". It would help if you gave us some more information about what you want to do please. Do you want to run a server (what type - web, mail, etc.), run a desktop (set up a gui, install applications)?

Well, there are lots of articles, howtos and even some free online books. Try these 2 sites for a start:

Gilead, that was Microsoft's slogan some years ago: "Where do you want to go today"

hdssolutions: Google.

The sites given by monsm are all right, but as soon as you google for "linux tutorial <subject>" they'd appear anyway.
