Smile Linux on Mac

Hi fellas,

Just looking for a little inspiration here...

I've got a buddy who's hooked on the concept of Linux (Knoppix in particular), and would love to have it up on his Mac (It's an oldie though).

He tried running normal Knoppix and it didn't work (My guess is he has to get the PPC Knoppix); but I was wondering if you guys had any ideas as to which Linux distro's are best suited on Mac.

Thanks for the help.

Good night!
