The retailer will probably do nothing. They sold you a laptop with Linpus Lite and you paid less for that. Now that you've installed Windows on it, you can't give them back what they gave you.
You will have noticed that one of the drivers in the list to download was "Airplane Mode Driver". This is the one that will allow you to use the relevant key and switch wifi on and off, so you need to install that.
Look, go ahead and install all the drivers. Hopefully errors will be flagged if you install the incorrect one.
In the end, whoever advised you to get the computer with Linpus Lite misadvised you given your current lack of knowledge about computer systems. Also, as soon as you decided to install Windows, you should have found a Windows forum (perhaps an Acer one) and posed your question there to get better expert advice on Windows. Or, you should have decided to install Mint or another Linux distro and continued on here for advice.
You need to find someone who is knowledgeable about Windows and who can help you through this. You're a student - there will be lots of folk around who can help you. Ask around.

Appreciate your help dude, you did what you could, more then you should really
Will try to install the drivers and see what helps.
Oh also, when I talk about the retailer they already offered tech support because of the incorrect listing on their website (it said the pc came with ubuntu), so I'm not going there hoping to replace it or something, just looking for professional help if I can't handle it myself.
Anyway, again thank you for your time and help, will update after I try the drivers. If nothing works and the retailer people can't help I'll do what you suggest, download mint and come here to nag you and others about it

They said it came with Ubuntu? In that case, I take back what I said - if they said that then they should put Ubuntu on your machine. I'm not sure they'll give you any help with a self-installed version of Windows though (especially if it wasn't officially obtained). Let us know how it goes.

Update: It was the drivers, just installed one of the wireless ones and the wireless is now working
Installing the drivers is not an optional step. If you can't get online, try downloading the drivers on a friend's computer, and then copy them over with a USB drive.
Good luck with the store, let us know how it goes.
Personally, I would gladly pay the extra 250€ to have a functional, usable computer that won't waste my time. It breaks my heart that Acer is still pulling this scam after all these years.
It's not a scam, it's just putting "Linux" in a bad light and poor information from Acer. They have now replaced this silly Linpus Lite with "Endless OS" which at least is better than Windows.
Actually, Acer with Linpus Lite is basically a "whitebox", something I would highly recommend to most people, to avoid having to pay a fee to Microsoft just to have a computer, when such a system is so poorly made, and better systems are available for free. Not to mention the decades of corruption and antitrust activities Microsoft has organised with the PC manufacturers to monopolise computer OS'es and restrict the freedoms of computer users.
An Acer with "Linux" will be an PC at a very good value, with a good choice of hardware. The equivilant Windows machine will cost about $100 more for the same exact machine, just to control your PC use and turn you into a foolish and unaware computer user. Not worth the price, and certainly not the costs.
@hydrurga Got it on a huge discount from a local retailer and my friends told me I had to go for it with these specs, also saved from summer work to buy it, that's why the extra 250€ were important
Thank you for the link, not wanting to push it, do you have any idea which ones I should get? All of them?
Spend the money on an ethernet cable instead.
Windows is simply not worth it. Why not just go for an easy GNU/Linux distro? You are already having lots of troubles with Windows, so why not just spend that time and energy to learn how to use a GNU/Linux system, troublefree.
Sup guys just wanted to update and thank you all for the advice, managed to put the Windows working after I could find all the drivers (was really tricky), anyway will still need to boot a Linux since I'll start programming lessons. Will remember to upset you guys when I need help
@zeebra just insisted on the Windows since I'm so used to it nothing more , thank you for the advice anyway.
