linux alternatives to windows software


hi everyone!

Can someone pls tell me good linux alternatives for the following windows software:

Microsoft Outlook 2000/2003 access (RPC based)
POP, SMTP and IMAP access (Microsoft Outlook Express)
Outlook Web Access
Outlook Mobile Access
Server-based Calendar Sharing for meetings and maintenance.
Server-based Contact Sharing
BlackBerry Service for executives
Synchronization of PDAs via ActiveSyn(deployment)
