# yum install mysql
.... provides :
/usr/lib/mysql/libmysqlclient.so.15
/usr/lib/mysql/libmysqlclient.so.15.0.0

/usr/lib/mysql/libmysqlclient_r.so.15.0.0

Close this thread this problem has been solved with the help of knudfl and John VV speical thanks to them.
